To be covered under this Policy, You must:
have registered as a rider with Deliveroo and completed Your first order at least 41 weeks prior to the Childbirth or Adoption of your child; and
have completed:
at least 60 orders for Deliveroo in the 6 months prior to the Childbirth if You are the natural mother of the child, or;
at least 30 orders for Deliveroo in the 8 weeks prior to the Childbirth or Adoption of Your child; and
be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.

You can only claim once in any 12 month period.
Substitute Riders are not eligible for this benefit.
New parents who have been an active Deliveroo rider for at least 41 weeks prior to the birth can claim a one-off payment of £1,000 to help with loss of income and additional expenses.
Once you’ve submitted your claim form online, it will be sent immediately to the claims team at Sedgwick International Ltd. You will receive confirmation of your claim submission by email. We recommend you retain this information for your records, or in case you need to make an enquiry about your claim.
A claims handler will then be in touch, and may ask you to provide any additional information required to validate your claim.
