Bikmo is a fast-growing, tech-enabled sports insurer, with a simple mission to provide exceptional services that enable our customers to spend more time exploring the great outdoors.
A team of individuals who care about both people and planet. We are supportive, flexible, transparent and diverse and with every new addition to our team we strengthen our ability to drive forward on our mission of creating positive change for the environment and to enable more people to lead an active lifestyle.
Living Wage Employer
Bikmo has always paid it’s people a fair wage because we believe that it is the right thing to do. We chose to make it official through the Living Wage Organisation for two reasons, One to be able to demonstrate our commitment to this pledge and secondly to raise awareness that there are employers out there who fully support paying a real living wage.

Flexible working options
We understand that everyone has commitments outside of work, so a flexible work-life balance is pretty important to us. You need to do the school runs, no problem just flex-time your hours. Work full time or part time, you choose what works for you. You wish to work from home a couple of days a week, great! This helps reduces our carbon footprint too!
Not to brag but we do have a pretty great benefits package. If you didn’t already know, wellbeing is important to us and our benefit package reflects this, but we do more than just give you things. We listen, we support and we have a genius desire for helping people to grow and develop themselves. Our benefits package include; above statutory holiday entitlement, riding & volunteering days, life insurance cover & discount on bikes & kit, training budget and membership to a sporting organisation.
Develop your skills
Learning new skills just like the gruelling Mountain Meyhem is both challenging at times but rewarding and believe it or not there are also health benefits to learning. We will work with you to design your own development plan, alongside having goals and regular open communication with your line manager and collaborators you will also have your own training budget. We will then support you as you take ownership of your learning aims.
We’re a global brand
Global isn’t about location but rather an understanding of differences, a common culture that is recognised across Bikmo regardless of where your physical office is. With diversity comes inspiration, creativity, understanding. Allowing us to challenge current ways of thinking and embrace positive change.
