Your free insurance will simply expire at the end of the 30 day period and no payment will be taken – we don’t take your payment details.

We’ll send reminders to let you know when your cover ends and, at any time, you have the option to take out a full policy with Bikmo, with a unique 5% Pinarello discount, so that you stay insured.

We want to help riders enjoy their new bike worry-free, and by giving away free insurance we allow people to do so.

If you accidentally damage your bike, or it’s stolen, during the 30 day free insurance period, we will either repair or replace your bike. If we replace your bike this will be new-for-old.

No. Claims under your free cycle insurance are excess-free.

Always lock your bike through the frame to an immovable object with a Sold Secure rated lock. Ensure the lock follows our locking requirements.
