Always lock your bike through the frame to an immovable object with a Gold or Diamond Sold Secure rated lock. Ensure the lock follows our locking requirements.
Locking requirementsIf you make a claim and it’s approved, we can arrange your replacement directly with Ghost. If a replacement isn’t available, a cash settlement for the full cost of the bike will be sent to you.
