CEO
Road, MTB, BMX and cyclocross are Dave’s riding favourites, so pretty much all of them. When he’s not out on the bike, he can be found building the Bikmo brand or out in the fresh air with Mrs Bikmo and their cubs.
CTO
Jorj is The Code Guru here at Bikmo. Some say Jorj sees the world as a waterfall of glowing green text, other say he can bend trees away from his handlebars with the power of his mind (though we’re yet to see that one in practice).
Global Head of Partnerships
A keen cyclist with a wealth of experience in building strategical B2B relationships, Rob heads up all of the partnerships at Bikmo. He’s earned his cycling badge having completed the Fred Whitton challenge within a week of starting at Bikmo.
Global Head of CX
Thanks to Keith, we’ve certainly earned a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. As a previous National Champ title holder, it’s only a matter of time before he puts us all to shame out on the road bikes.
Head of Finance Operations
Sue joins the team as our Chief Bean Counter, meaning she’s literally in control of all spending habits at Bikmo. As a roadie + committed cycling commuter, Sue isn’t shy of signing up to a cycling challenge that will push her limits.
Head of Claims + Buying
Roadie, CX and general bike geek. When he’s not in the office, you can find him falling off ramps in the local skate park, ramping up the mileage in the Yorkshire dales or in the kitchen cooking up a feast.

James is a pure roadie. If you can’t measure something in watts, he not interested! When not providing awesome customer service at Bikmo, you’re sure to find James hunting down a local KOM or weighing the components of his bike. James loves his asphalt!

With her passion for the great outdoors and a solid background in brand partnerships Sian is in charge of our partners as Head of Partnerships UK+IE.
Senior Engineer
Beth spends most of her time within the matrix and handling all things day-to-day in the tech team world of Bikmo. A nerd for many things, Beth is our very own eco warrior encouraging everyone to help save the planet whilst simultaneously growing a vast variety of vegetables.
People Operations Specialist
Ceri loves to support people and is an organiser of all things. When she isn’t categorising or colour coding things in the office, you may spot her like the mighty Sasquatch, rambling across various terrains in the great outdoors.
Global Head of Finance
Gemma leads our finance team, bringing extensive experience across all areas of finance and a real passion for numbers. Outside of work, she’s either out walking or behind her sewing machine. On the trails, she might take it steady on the climbs, but she’s fast and fearless on the descents.
Commercial Support
You’ll find Steve on two wheels most days come rain or more rain. An ex road racer who still trains hard every winter for that elusive pro contract. Lots more Gravel adventures planned for the coming year with the Scottish 500 being top of the bucket list. Constantly refuelling beyond his talent, you’ll find him lounging in many a bike cafe.
Compliance Analyst
You’ll find Jess tearing up the tracks and trails or chasing the local QOM’s. If she’s not out riding you’ll find her baking some sweet treats, getting creative or curled up with cup of tea and a good crime documentary.
CX Agent UK+IE
Tom loves getting out and about exploring what Chester has to offer. Whether that’s on two wheels or his own two legs, there isn’t much left for him to explore!
Financial Controller
If its about accounting and audits Louise is our person to talk with. But she is by far not only at home in the world of numbers. If Louise is not in the office she loves being outside in nature and spending time with her beloved ones.
Head of Risk + Compliance
Paul is responsible for all topics related to risk & compliance. Outside of the office, however, you can usually find him with his bike under his feet (and sometimes on his shoulders) somewhere in the mountains. And if there is still some time left, he surprises the office every now and then with one of his famous self-made sourdough breads.
Executive Assistant
Originally from Sussex, Sian couldn’t resist the call of the Austrian Alps any longer. As Executive Assistant she is now supporting our office between the Austrian Alps in Innsbruck.
Global Head of Marketing
When not deep in marketing analytics and creative strategies Angus sets his ambitions high in the pursuit to become an OK cyclist. He’s also half Scottish and has never been to Scotland…
CX Agent UK+IE
You can find Aaron out on his road bike, mountain bike, Trials bike, Jump bike or out wild camping but you will definitely find him outside somewhere. If he’s not outside, he is probably at the cinema or indoor bouldering.

When Ryan’s not proving our customers with exceptional service, you’ll mostly like find him either programming away somewhere or dabbling in the odd bit of landscaping.

Rianne has a passion for numbers and when she isn’t hiking through data spreadsheets you can find her hiking around the Welsh hills with her 2 Huskies.

What Helen can’t do with numbers you can write on a stamp. Helen loves to be outdoors and is happiest when she is riding or walking amongst the natural landscape.

When Josh isn’t working on brand partnerships, he lives to be outdoors. From riding his motorbike to growing vegetables down his allotment, he loves to be on the move and be in the sun!
CGO
Ben is responsible for supporting the growth of people, processes and partners at Bikmo. Ben has been in and around the bicycle industry for over 20 years in roles from Mountain Bike Guide in the Alps, to working with industry leaders such as Cannondale and outdoor tech firms such as Komoot and Link My Ride.
Ben holds his MEng from the University of Leeds and MBA from Univeristy of Bath. He is currently based in Morzine in the French Alps, where he spends his spare time in the mountains with his 2 children and wife.
CX Agent
There ‘ain’t no mountain high enough’ for this CX Agent. With a love for steep inclines and long days in the saddle, you’ll find Jonny tackling mountain passes across the Alps at every opportunity.

When Annabel isn’t wowing customers with top-notch customer experiences, you can find her jamming on the bass at weddings and cruising through the woods on her bike or strolling in the countryside, all while soaking in the scenery with her trusty sidekick, Labrador cross Barney.
Insurance Product Manager
Beth supports our Insurance Product team, building products that protect the world’s riders and adventure lovers. When she’s not fine tuning our products you can find her exploring the Wicklow mountains near her home in Dublin.
Head of Bikmo for Buisness
Joanna has a real passion for insurance and has over 20 years of industry experience. When not nurturing schemes, she loves being outdoors, paddle boarding, climbing mountains and running.
Global Brand Manager
Rebecca finds joy in exploring trails on her bike and is grateful to have the opportunity to integrate her personal passion for cycling into her role as Bikmo’s Community and Campaign Manager. She strives to merge her love for biking with her skills in community engagement and campaign strategy, always intending to enrich the cycling community.
Partnerships Business Development Manager UK+IE
An ex-Professional rider for Team Wiggins and previous National Champion on the velodrome Luc has spent all his life around cycling. After leaving the racing side of the sport, Luc has worked with some of the biggest brands in the industry and built strong relationships throughout the trade. When not talking bikes, Luc enjoy’s spending time with his young family, getting outdoors and planning the next camping trip!
CRM Marketing Specialist
Whether it’s developing some cutting-edge emails or diving into some marketing data, Matt handles all things CRM. When he’s not in front of the computer, you’ll find him exploring around Donegal or in the kitchen making up some tasty dinners.
Data Engineer
Data maestro Majid tunes Bikmo’s data like a finely calibrated bike, ensuring every query runs as smoothly as a downhill ride. With skills that transform raw data into race-winning insights, he keeps our data wheels spinning fast!
Project Manager
Lisa is the Project Manager at Bikmo with 30 years in the insurance industry, including 15 in project management. She thrives on problem-solving and delivering projects of all sizes.
Outside work, she spends time with her son, volunteers as a village hall events manager and parish council member, and stays active with running, yoga, and Pilates.
Chief Insurance Officer
A passionate road and gravel cyclist, Hermann spends his weekends riding with his mates from the local cycling club around Vienna and holidays exploring the backroads of Italy and France with his gravel bike.
With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Hermann brings deep expertise and trusted relationships to the team. His background spans traditional insurance as well as the fast-paced world of Insurtech, making him perfectly placed to steer our partnerships with brokers, insurers, and other key players.
Hermann’s goal: to help us deliver smart, cyclist-friendly insurance solutions that truly meet the needs of our community.
Germany + Austria Team
Based around Innsbruck and Munich, the team are dedicated to supporting our German and Austrian customers and partners. Alongside riding trails, tarmac and snow, naturally.

Growing up among the mountains of Austria, Alex is very familiar with any cycling terrain, whether it’s uphill, downhill or even at full speed through the long valleys accompanied by her trail dog Luna.

At home outdoors – With Judith’s background in insurance and sports science, she supports the CX and Partnerships teams as Mc Giver.
Originally from the low lands, you can find Judith on the via ferrata, MTB or snowboard in her spare time!
Sales Manager DE+AT
Mike has over 25 years of experience in the bicycle industry, managing shops including his own, distributing US brands in the DACH region, and working as a product and project manager for bike brands. When he’s not working, you’ll find Mike on his bike or out running.
Performance Marketeer Manager
Passionate about road cycling, gravel riding, and bikepacking, Jonas inspires others to ride. When he’s not managing our ambassador network in Germany and Austria or organizing cycling events, you can find him chasing Strava KOMs, taking photos on his bike, or exploring scenic routes. Jonas loves fast bikes, hard climbs, and beautiful descents. Always on the lookout for the perfect cappuccino and carbs to fuel his rides, he shares his passion for cycling on social media, helping to build a more connected and active cycling community.
Our dogs
Serif was the office dog for years but now has competition with the team growing.
Alex’s Dog
Luna is a super smart Australian Shepherd girl and trail dog in training. When she is not supporting the Innsbruck office, she’s out with Alex exploring nature and enjoying snacks. Maze is the newest addition to Alex’ canine family. She is a one year old Australian Shepherd. Coming from working lines she enjoys canicross, Agility and having good naps in the office.
Jess’s Dog
Sonny loves nothing more than playing fetch, getting pats and broccoli! Through extremely stubborn, this excitable pup is the usain bolt of the dog world!
Josh’s Dog
Tink is a one year old sheepdog cross. She loves attention, playing fetch and having a job to do, such as rounding up sheep!
Annabel’s Dog
Barney loves to be outdoors, running in fields, woods or after squirrels in the park. His spaniel half takes control of his wild outdoorsy side whilst his labrador half makes him very lazy at home, a perfect mix. He’s very cuddly, greedy and cheeky and will do anything to get his own way.
Bec’s Dog
Freya, also known as Fi Fi, is a squirrel-chasing Labrador. She loves to trail run with her Mum, munch on carrots and sleep in until 11am. She is extremely cuddly and will sit as close to her humans as possible.
Matt’s Dog
Heidi is a one-year-old retriever/collie cross. She’s always full of beans, whether it’s long walks on the beach, digging up the garden, and pestering the neighbours for a pet!
