How do I apply my British Cycling discount?
The British Cycling member discount is automatically applied to all policies purchased from the British Cycling bike insurance page.
What events do I need the PROTECT-R policy for?
A PROTECT-R policy covers you for road racing, closed circuit racing and crit/criterium racing, plus all events included in a PROTECT policy. For a full list of events click below.
Events covered
Do you offer personal accident & public liability cover?
Our British Cycling policy doesn’t include personal accident or public liability cover. As a British Cycling member you automatically benefit from this cover with a British Cycling membership.
Does everyone in my household need to be a British Cycling member?
No, only the policy holder needs an existing British Cycling membership. They can insure all the bikes in their household under one policy, regardless of other members of the household having a British Cycling membership or not.
